Sparkle, sparkle, sparkle! I can not express my love for shimmer this winter season. Wether it will be eyeshadow, blush, dresses, tops, or skirts, shimmer is a must have. I did some digging to find some upcoming sparkling styles, both on and off the runway. My thing is, I look everywhere for different styles. In the December/January issue of Teen Vogue I came across the most AMAZING dress. Rodarte for Target dress. 45$. Absolutely awesome price.

Now, I stumbled upon this when I was shopping over the weekend. Is this, or is this not, the absolute cutest jumper you have ever seen! It is relatively affordable from Urban Outfitters for $58. Totally worth it. It is a one-piece outfit; the top is super-soft with tiered ruffles. The shorts are silky, and have side pockets. The parts are attached with an elastic band.
I'd wear this with some sort of sheer stockings. It's personal preference. You could do just a plain black stocking, or go a little more risque and funky with a lace stocking. I
For shoes with this outfit, I'd go with a ankle bootie, something like this pair BCBG Max Azria -
If you don't like too much "ruffle" with the jumper and the shoes, plain, black booties would also look exceptional!
